Key responsibilities:
- Deliver Bludigo forecast by achieving and exceeding assigned sales objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies with the Sales Director, Regional Account Managers, Operations and marketing colleagues for targeted IDNs. Specific plans and objectives will be identified for each targeted IDN to collaborate effectively.
- Develop regional action plans that reflect an in-depth knowledge and understanding of each identified key account including strategic goals, value drivers, key access stakeholders, relevant business metrics, and unique challenges/emerging needs. Profile each account within CRM.
- Execute strategies to drive adoption with key national Urologicial and Gynecological Centers of Excellence including Ambulatory Service Centers and Physician Groups
- Develop IDN Roadmaps for each system. Establish scheduled business reviews with each assigned IDN. Strategize through Bundling opportunities.
- Closely collaborate with field sales and sales management team to win competitive conversion of IDN and strategic national account business and maximize company sales through these channels.
- Develop and maintain an expert level of disease, product, competitor, ecosystem knowledge, share insights and have the curiosity to continually enhance that understanding.
- Maximize- use of approved resources to achieve territory and account level objectives.
- Build strategic partnerships and advocacy within the assigned accounts.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required.
- 3+ years of life sciences sales experience with a focus on IDN/Hospital sales; Urology or Gynecology experience required.
- 2+ years of strategic account management experience.
- Proven track record of consistent sales growth and successful account management.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Location:
- WEST REGION (CA, AZ, UT, WA,OR). Ideal candidate will reside in Southern California market.
